Ordering from valege.com is easy! Just follow these simple steps
1. Find the item you want to order on our website
2. Select the size and quantity of the item
3. Add the item to your cart
4. Proceed to Payment
5. Enter your shipping information and choose your shipping method
6. Enter your billing information and choose your preferred method of payment: by credit card, 3 times free with Scalapay, or 4 times free with Paypal.
7. Check your order and send it!

Ordering from Valege should be easy and stress-free - after all, we want you to enjoy your new purchase! However, we understand that mistakes can sometimes happen. If you need to cancel or change your order, here are a few things to keep in mind:
1- If you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we may be able to make changes before it is shipped from our warehouse. However, once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.
2- We always recommend that you check the size chart (or the size of the person you are ordering for) before placing an order. This will help you avoid disappointment along the way.
If you make a mistake when ordering, don’t worry: we accept exchanges and returns. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so feel free to contact us if we can do anything.
Order Cancellation: We understand that you may sometimes change your mind (or realize that you accidentally hit the purchase button when you wanted to add something to your wish list). So, can you cancel your order?
Maybe the answer is..
- If you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we will see what we can do.
- But if your order has already been processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel it. Please ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase before closing the transaction.
And if not, don’t worry! We offer easy returns once you’ve received your items. You can initiate the return from your customer account. Whether you accidentally clicked on "buy" or simply changed your mind, we cover you.
We hope this never happens! But in case you receive a defective item from Valege Lingerie, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm the following information:
- The order number (starting with a # in your order confirmation email)
- A photo of the defective item
- A description of the problem
Once our team has received this information, we will do our best to solve the problem and ensure that your experience with Valege Lingerie is excellent. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item to us. Thank you for your understanding.
We are really sorry if the item you received is not the one you put in your basket. In the rare cases where this happens, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt of your order with the following information:
- Order number (starting with a # in your order confirmation email). Incorrect item(s) information.
- Item name not received.
- Photo of the item or items received.
Please contact us through the Help Center and as soon as we receive this information we will be able to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible. In some cases, we will ask you to return your items to us by initiating the return from your customer account. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to correct this error.
You will love your Valege delivery with the new packaging of our Valege delivery package! Our sets come in beautiful matte black packaging with a pink interior, then wrapped in tissue paper. We are currently not able to provide gift wrapping and personalization for this type of shipment, but we promise you it will still be fabulous!
