Any items purchased on valege.com* can be returned, including items purchased during winter and summer sales, women’s lingerie, swimwear, nightwear, gifts, sales and collectibles.

To return or exchange your Valege products, you can contact Customer Service or use the Request a Return option by logging in to your customer account in order to speed up the processing of your return, make sure to follow the following procedure: 

1. Log in to your customer account using your email address and password

2. Go to “Make a Return Request”

4. Select the product(s) you want to return and then click on one of the options provided, including the reason for your return

5. You will receive in your mailbox a return voucher to print

6. Carefully package the product(s) to be returned and attach the return voucher.

7. Return your parcel to a Post Office: send your parcel to the following address:

An RMA number is required to process all returns to valege.com. This number helps us keep track of your return and ensures that your return is processed as quickly as possible. Once you have contacted customer service and obtained an RMA number, please include this number outside the package when you return the item(s) to valet.com.

If you plan to exchange one item for another, you will still need to obtain a return authorization number from Customer Service. Please indicate this number on the outside of the package when you return the item to us. Exchanged items will be processed within 15 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed and shipped. 

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. You will be informed by e-mail that your return has been processed.

The shipping costs in the case of a change of size on the same reference and same color are offered by VALEGE.

*RESTRICTIONS: Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, label, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition. To submit a request, go to your customer account and select the “return or exchange a product” button. 

Select the order number containing the products you want to return or exchange.

Click the “Return” button. 

On the order receipt page, select the checkbox for the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.

To ensure that your orders are processed as quickly as possible, we recommend that you submit your returns and exchanges requests separately from requests related to product quality 

Suggestion: Select the options from the drop-down lists for each item you selected. 

Note: If you select “Damaged Packaging or Material”; “Quality Concerns” or “-Other”, you will be prompted for a photo of the product. 

To find out the status of your return or exchange, please contact us directly with your order number and we will be happy to help you!

If you choose the option "CREDIT TO BE USED ON THE WEBSITE", a credit note will be created for the amount of your return. It will be exclusively usable on the www.valege.com website for a period of 1 year and will not be refundable. For information, the credit notes resulting from a sale in shop are exclusively valid in the VALEGE shop network.

You will be refunded within 15 days after your package has been processed by our logistics team. A refund confirmation is sent to you as soon as the refund has been made on your means of payment. If you have chosen a credit note at the time of your return, it will be credited to your customer account for your next order.

By choosing REFUND and if your return complies with our Terms and Conditions, you will be refunded on the payment method used for the order within 15 working days after your receipt and validation of your return.
