These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on www.valege.com
The publisher reserves the right to adapt these general terms of sales. In case of modification, it will be applied to each order the general terms of sales in force on the day of the order.
The fact that the seller does not at any time avail himself of any of these general conditions of sale cannot be interpreted as a waiver to later avail himself of any of these conditions.
These general terms of sales only apply to natural persons who are not traders.
The website is a web-based retail portal and is not intended to sell the proposed quantities in large quantities.

Our product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of the available stocks except promotional operations mentioned as such on the website.
The date of registration of the order corresponds to the date of payment by credit card online with the secure payment terminal of our partner.
In the exceptional case of availability, we commit within 30 days from the validation of the order either to deliver the ordered product to you or to refund it to you by re-crediting your bank card.

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes) excluding the cost of processing and shipping.
In case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the product or products concerned.
For all products shipped outside the European Union andoverseas territories, the price will be calculated without tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be applied.
These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the website valege.com. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or organizations in your country.

The website reserves the right to change its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices displayed at the time of your order, subject to availability on that date.

The site reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a Customer who has not fully or partially settled a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered. Most of our products are shippend within 24 working hours. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed on the next business day.
The ordered product is delivered to the address on the order form.
In the event of a data entry error, in particular an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the site cannot be held responsible for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery.
All costs related to the redirection of products due to a Customer input error will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. The customer is informed that the site reserves the right to choose the most suitable mode of transport according to the nature of the product, its weight and its volume.

Delivery periods may not exceed 30 working days after the date of confirmation of payment by the Customer.
The timeframes announced are warehouse departure timeframes.
The average delivery times are 3-4 working days from the validation of the payment for shipments by Colissimo or Point Relais ( Mondial Relay).
However, the expected delivery date is indicated on the order and at the level of each of our product sheets.
This delay is an average delay corresponding to the service used for a delivery in Continental France. In case of absence, the Customer will be responsible for recovering the product from the departments concerned. In the case of public holidays, periods of heavy activity such as sales, bad weather, exceptional closures or traffic bans, processing and delivery times may be extended.
Once the payment has been validated, an order number is issued. YOur order is then registered. We advise you to print the order number and keep it.
You can follow the steps of its processing at any time within your Customer area "My Account". For deliveries at POINT RELAIS (Mondial Relay), the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the delivery in the Point Relais of his choice and the address to which he must pick it up. The contribution to the shipping costs includes in particular :
The packing and shipping costs of the carriers.
The amount of the fees is automaticallly calculated as soon as a product is added to the cart on the basis of a delivery in France. The Customer can freely consult the invoice and the carrier associated with its products.
The final calculation of the shipping costs of the other destinations of shipping ( Corsica, Oververseas Territories, foreign countries) is done once the delivery is completed on the shipping address.
The site cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of unforeseen circumstances and force majeure as defined by law and jurisprudence.
The choice and purchase of a product is the sole responsability of the Customer.
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. The responsibility of the site cannot be incurred in case of non-compliance with the legislation where the product is delivered (for example in case of prohibition of a title or a product). The product must therefore be returned within a maximum period of time from receipt of the item, hiding it from the post as proof. If you choose the option "VOUCHER", a voucher will be created for the amount of your return. It will be exclusively usable on the website valege.com for a period of 1 year and non-refundable. For information, the assets resulting from a sale in store are exclusively valid in store valid in the network of VALEGE stores.
By choosing REFUND and if your return is in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale, you will be refunded on the payment method used for the order within 14 working days after your receipt and validation of your return.
Please note : An order less than €60, shipped and not recovered by the Customer within the legal retention period of the carrier will be refunded only on the items included in the order.
Regardless of the withdrawal period mentioned below and the case of defective products, once you have contacted the site via the contact form, you must return the product or products concerned to the site within 15 days of receipt of your order, subject to compliance with the conditions set out below.
Except for defective products, all returned products must be new and in their original packaging intact and without writing.
No return will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the products have been visibly damaged by the Customer and this or these damages make the product unfit for sale.

For information purpose, the assets resulting from a sale in store are exclusively valide in the network of VALEGE stores.
By choosing REFUND and if your return is in accordance with our General Terms of Sales, you will be refunded on the payment method used for the order within 14 working days after your receipt and validation of your return.
Note : An order less than €60, shipped and not recovered by the Customer within the legal retention period of the carrier will be refunded only on the items included in the order.
Regardless of the option chosen, for the purpose of good reception and in order to speed up the processing of your return, make sure to follow the procedure below :
1. Log into your customer account using your email and password
2. Go to “Make a Return section”
4. Select the product(s) you want to return and then click on one of the options provided, including the reason for your return
5. You will receive in your mailbox a return voucher to print
6. Carefully package the product(s) to be returned and attach the return voucher.

The customer is responsible for the return costs. You will be informed by e-mail that the processing of your return has been completed.
The shipping costs in the case of a change of size on the same reference and same color* are offered by VALEGE.
Product returns are at the customer's expense.
In the event of loss of your return parcel
1. If the return label is provided by Valege, we will reimburse you for your returned product.
All you need to do is provide us with your proof of shipment from the carrier.
2. If the return label is provided by the carrier at your expense, Valege is not responsible for the loss of your return package.
In the event of a parcel being lost by the carrier, you must take action against the carrier by registered letter within 3 days.
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. All products benefit from the legal regime of the guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L211-4 of the Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee of hidden defects of articles 1641 of the Civil Code.
All elements of the website, whether visual or sound, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of VALEGE. As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use is permitted, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction in whole or in part of the VALEGE website is strictly prohibited unless previously agreed.
In the event that one of the provisions of this contract is null and void by a change of law, regulation or court decision, this shall not affect the validity and compliance with these general terms of sales.
These terms and conditions apply for the entire duration of the products and services offered by the website.
Computerized records, kept in the computer systems of VALEGE Distribution and its partners under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as evidence of communications, orders and payments between the parties.
The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium in order to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
These conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, VALEGE Distribution and the Customer will try to settle the dispute amicably. If the transaction fails, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.

The purchase or the renew of the MyClub membership is non-refundable on our website.
Purchase of the MyClub Card in a store: The new Member has the right to cancel his or her membership within fourteen (14) days upon request to Customer Service.
In this case, the Member will receive a credit note corresponding to the totality of the articles purchased at the Club price in the stores under the "VALEGE" banner, within this 14 day period.
The articles must be returned in new condition, with their original cardboard labels attached to the articles.
The credit note will be given in exchange for the return of the articles and the Club card.
