Cashback Valege MyClub

The Valege MyClub CashBack program is a cashback program with promotional codes for all your online purchases from our partner merchants. This program is available exclusively to Valege MyClub members.

Cashback is the reimbursement in euros of a portion of your purchases from one of our merchant partners. It takes the form of a percentage of the amount of your order (discount) or a fixed amount (euro). Each time you make a purchase, you accumulate euros in your Valege MyClub CashBack kitty. Your kitty can be converted into a Valege gift card as soon as you've earned €5.

Valege MyClub cashback is exclusively reserved for MyClub members. To take advantage, log in with your MyClub login or subscribe to MyClub Valege to benefit from this program and many other advantages for only €30/year. More information on MyClub advantages.

To earn cashback on each of your purchases:

- Log in to the CashBack Valege MyClub website with your MyClub login and search for your merchant;

- Check the cashback terms and conditions on our Merchant Partners' pages by clicking on "See validation conditions";

- Click on the "I activate my cashback" link;

- Use only cashback codes from the Valege MyClub CashBack Program;

- Avoid preparing your basket in advance and place your order without visiting other sites in parallel;

Your purchase will appear on your Valege MyClub CashBack Program account within 2 to 7 working days of your purchase, and your cashback will be validated within 48 hours to 90 days, if all conditions have been met.

A little tip: for cashback to work, your browser and anti-virus software must accept cookies. Some programs, such as AD Block or Kapersky, block them. It's best to deactivate them before making your purchase.

If you make several purchases in the same day, you must systematically return to the CashBack Valege MyClub site and click on the merchant's link.

Before each purchase, you must systematically activate your cashback on the CashBack Valege MyClub site.

To do this, go to the CashBack Valege MyClub site and activate your cashback on the page of the Merchant you wish to buy from.

If you build up a basket on a Merchant's site and decide to pay for it later, you must go back to the Valege MyClub CashBack Site.

For merchants of auction sites, you must return to the Valege MyClub CashBack Site at each stage (auction, payment).

For most merchants, cashback is a percentage of the amount of your purchase, excluding VAT and shipping costs. For some, cashback is a fixed amount.

Cashback is calculated on the price excluding VAT, shipping costs, packaging, cash-on-delivery charges, extended warranties, insurance, booking and administration fees, airport taxes, club memberships, gift vouchers, discount coupons or vouchers. As second-hand purchases are not subject to VAT, cashback will be calculated on the amount paid.

Cashback under the Valege MyClub CashBack Program applies to most products sold by Partner Merchants. The complete list of conditions of application can be consulted on each merchant's page.

IMPORTANT : cashback does not cover services such as extended warranties, insurance, delivery or payment by gift vouchers.

Cashback takes 2 to 7 working days to appear. The main reasons why cashback does not appear are as follows:

- You did not visit the Valege MyClub cashback site before making your purchase;

- You were not logged in to your Valege MyClub Cashback Program account before clicking on the merchant's redirection link;

- Your browser and anti-virus software are not set to accept cookies (our system is not compatible with AD Block and Kapersky anti-virus software);

- You have visited another website after activating your cashback. The partner merchant did not recognize the Valege MyClub cashback site as the intermediary site, because the last cookie deposited was not ours;

- You have used a promotional code not relayed by the Valege MyClub Cashback Program;

- You have placed several orders in the same day with the same merchant without going through the Valege MyClub cashback site;

 - You finalized your order by telephone;

- The cashback terms and conditions of the Merchant from whom you purchased indicate that cashback does not apply to the product or service you ordered;

- You have returned all or part of your order.

If none of the above reasons explains the fact that your cashback does not appear in your Kitty, please contact our Customer Service.

In this case, we invite you to send us the order confirmation email that our partner Merchant sent you (or a screenshot of it, if you don't have the option of saving your emails), the screenshot of your Valege MyClub Cashback Program customer account or the invoice for your purchase, via our contact form.

Remember: cashback is calculated on the price excluding VAT, postage and packing, COD charges, extended warranties, insurance, booking and administration fees, airport taxes, club memberships, gift vouchers, discount coupons or vouchers.

Important: in order to respond quickly and efficiently, we only process requests for orders less than 4 months old.

It varies from 48 hours to 90 days depending on our partner merchants.

Tour operators and merchants offering services generally validate cashback within a minimum of one month after return of the holiday or performance of the service.

If you pay for an order in instalments or at a later date, cashback can also be credited at least one month after your last payment.

If your cashback appears "pending" in your Kitty, it means that it has not yet been validated by our partner Merchant.

Cashback validation times vary from 48 hours to 90 days, depending on our partner merchants. Tour operators and merchants offering services generally confirm cashback within a minimum of one month after the return of the holiday or performance of the service.

In the case of payment of an order in several instalments or on a deferred basis, cashback may also be credited at least one month after your last payment.

If these validation deadlines are exceeded, please contact our Customer Service department, enclosing the invoice for your purchase.

There are several reasons why a cashback may be invalidated:

- Partial or complete return of your order;

- Use of a promo code not relayed by the Valege MyClub cashback program;

- A payment problem with your order;

- Use of a promotional offer from a works council;

- Paying for your order in full with a voucher, credit note or gift card;

- Consulting another website while placing your order;

- The conditions of application of cashback specific to a Merchant;

If none of the above reasons explains the invalidation of your cashback and if your order is less than 4 months old, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.

The Valege MyClub cashback site uses cookies on your computer, so your browser must be set correctly to ensure that you earn cashback on your orders.

To enable your browser to accept cookies, please follow the instructions below:

- In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > click on Advanced In the advanced privacy settings, check "Ignore automatic cookie handling", then check "Accept" for both internal and third-party cookies.

- Under Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools > Options > Privacy > check the box "accept third-party cookies".

- Under Chrome, go to the icon at the top right > Tools > Advanced Options > click on content settings... Then, in the "cookies" section, check "Allow storage of local data (recommended)".

If you encounter any difficulties, please contact Customer Service.

Your kitty can be converted into Valege gift cards once it has reached €10 in earnings. This can be earnings from one or more purchases made at our partner merchants.

Simply go to the "My account" page and request payment by choosing the "Valege gift card" method.

Your refund request will be processed within three weeks. If this period is exceeded, please contact our Customer Service.

Valege gives you an extra period to convert your kitty into a Valege MyClub gift card, regardless of the amount.

To do so, simply send an e-mail to [email protected] within 30 days of the end of your MyClub Valege membership.

Our team will then transform your kitty into a Valege gift card, which you will receive by e-mail.

Our team will process your request within 15 working days.

If your payment request has been cancelled, please contact our Customer Service department in the "Information request" section, who will inform you of the reasons for the cancellation.

You can delete your account from our contact form in the "Information request" section.

You will see an additional line with a negative amount. This amount corresponds to the deduction of the amount refunded to you.
