Our shipping costs are calculated automatically as soon as you add an item to your cart, based on a delivery in mainland France.

For other destinations (Corsica, DOM/TOM, foreign countries), the final shipping costs will be calculated once you have indicated the country of delivery in the shipping address. And because we want to make life as easy as possible for our customers, we offer you FREE SHIPPING for a minimum purchase of 60 euros on our site for shipping in metropolitan France.

1- If you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, we may be able to make changes before it is shipped from our warehouse. However, once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

2- We always recommend that you check the size chart (or the size of the person you are ordering for) before placing an order. This will help you avoid disappointment along the way.

Orders are shipped from France.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering. Sometimes shipping may take longer due to high volume of orders being processed or if the order is being shipped to a remote location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

The ordered product is delivered to the address indicated on the order form. In order to ensure that the delivery is carried out correctly, we invite you to enter your last name, first name and a correct shipping address. cannot be held responsible for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery, due to erroneous information.

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we are unable to change the delivery address. We recommend that you contact the carrier once the delivery has been shipped and ask them to change the delivery address.

Under certain circumstances, the carrier concerned may not be able to change the delivery address for you, and in this case, your package will continue to travel to the incorrect address you have indicated. However, if the package is refused by the recipient at this address or if the address does not exist, it is likely that the package will be returned to our warehouse after a period of 15 days. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately to arrange a new delivery.

You can complete your delivery instructions when you place your order or with the carrier you chose when validating your cart. If you still have difficulties, our customer service team will be happy to help you. 

If you are wondering what to do if no one is present to receive your order, don’t worry, we have everything planned. The delivery person can drop off your order at the nearest Relay Station after leaving a notice in your mailbox.

In rare cases, you may find that your package has not arrived and there is no notice of passage. If this is the case, please contact the courier service of the carrier as soon as possible with your tracking number in order to reorganize the delivery as soon as possible.

In rare cases, your tracking number may indicate that your package is “Delivered” when it is still “In Transit” or delivered to another location. We recommend that you look for a notification or a pass notice left by the delivery person at your address.

In case your order appears as delivered but has not been received, we recommend that you follow three steps before contacting us:

Check safe locations around your address, such as porches, behind the door/bin or any other location that a delivery driver may have access to.

Check with your nearest neighbors, or the custodian of your building who may have kindly accepted the package on your behalf.

Remember to check your local post office/pick-up point with your ID and tracking number. 

If all of the above has been completed and you have still not been able to retrieve your package, please contact our customer service so that we can find a solution for you as soon as possible.

You must contact us within 15 days of shipping so that we can investigate any lost/stolen packages with the courier service. If claims are made after this date, Valege will not be held responsible for refunding or redirecting.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. In addition, you can track your order by logging into your customer account.
