How much does the My Club card cost?
Membership is made through the purchase of the My Club Card for the price of 60€. Upon purchase, discounts apply to Lingerie, Swimwear, Bodys, Nightwear and Men’s collections. However, the price may vary depending on the brand specific to the Valege network.*
How long is the card valid?
Your My Club card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the card on valege.com and only in Club authorized stores.* See the list of Club authorized stores here.
Is my membership renewed automatically?
At Valege, your satisfaction is our priority. You are therefore free to love My Club or not. For this reason, we have chosen not to make a direct debit for My Club membership. If your card has expired, you will simply need to purchase a new card at valege.com or in-store.
Can I offer a My Club card?
The answer is yes! You can offer a My Club card to a loved one, a friend(e) so that he or she can enjoy the Club benefits too. However, the number of cards offered by a My Club member to third parties is limited to 3 Club cards per year.
Where can I see my My Club account details, or my benefits?
You can consult the details of your Club benefits by logging in to your "account" on the website valege.com. If you wish to delete, update, transfer or access your personal data, please use our contact form at valege.com and follow these steps:
- On the website, go to the "contact" section or type in your browser valege.com and/or fill in the required fields.
- We will contact you within two business days of your request. We may ask for additional information.
Please note: if you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in to valege.com to view your personal information.
I created my card in store, how can I identify myself?
There are two ways to identify as a My Club member:
To log in as a My Club Member on valege.com, log in to your customer account with your email address and password. Therefore, with each purchase, the benefits of your My Club card will be activated on the site.
To identify yourself as a My Club Member, scan the My Club card you received at the checkout. If you cannot scan your membership card, you can request that your name be searched at the checkout.
The payment method must be in the first and last name(s) of the person holding the My Club Valege card. Once you have self-identified as a Member, My Club Advisor and your discounts are applied to your account at the time of purchase.
In the case of cash settlement, upon presentation of valid identification. Indeed, the card is nominative and according to the law on the protection of privacy, our advisors need proof that you are the owner of the card: passport, CNI or driver’s license
Can I lend or make group purchases with my My Club card?
It is strictly forbidden to make purchases on the valege.com website or in an authorized Club store by lending or sharing your My Club card.
In the event of attempted fraud, Valege reserves the right to immediately cancel the in-store membership and/or inappropriate use without compensation.
Can I use My Club with other loyalty programs, sales or other promotional offers?
My Club prices are not cumulative with all loyalty programs, sales, offers in batches or any other promotional operations offered in Valege stores or on the valege.com.
I want to subscribe to the newsletter, how does it work?
Click on "register" at the bottom right of this page. You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in this email to confirm your registration. It is also possible to subscribe to the newsletter via your Valege customer account. Log in to valege.com , go to "My Profile", click on "edit" and check the box "I want to receive the latest information on Valege promotions, trends, events and personal recommendations".
What will I receive by subscribing to the newsletter?
The newsletter contains our new promotions and/or offers and personal recommendations based on your previous purchases.
- Frequency: Usually twice a week but we adapt the frequency according to your reading habits and the sending time to your preferences.
- This information includes new offers, inspiring content, contests and personal recommendations. Members benefit from special offers.
- The communication is done only by e-mail.
How to unsubscribe from the Valege My Club Newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, click on the link at the bottom of one of our emails "unsubscribe". You can also specify that you do not want to receive the newsletter in your customer account. Click on 'Communication Preferences' and then uncheck the box 'I would like to receive the latest Valege news via email'.

The promotional offers are not cumulative with the MyClub subscription.
