You can return the item(s) purchased online at a Valege store (only in France). You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item(s).
To return an item purchased online, please bring the item(s), along with your delivery note(s) and the payment card used for the purchase, to any Valege store in France. You will be refunded in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase. We do not accept returns of items purchased online in our shops outside France.

We are sorry to learn that the items you returned are out of stock. Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replenish exactly the same items, we will do our best to offer you a similar product in terms of style, size and price. You can also receive a credit note or gift card if you wish.
We will credit your original form of payment within 14 business days of receiving your return.
